The port side trim tab actuator is leaking. Where would I go to get a replacement? Is is difficult to replace? I believe the trim tabs are original and never replaced Please advise. Thanks

Are there any 1989 2587 Allegra owners? If so, I sure would like to chat with you.
 
I don't have an Allegra, but I had a 2557 Montego (same hull) previous to my current boat. The trim tabs should be Boat Leveler brand, and are easily replaced. Many marine outlets should carry or be bale to order them. The cylinder will come with the hose already attached, although I've never seen one leak. Usually it it the Swedge fitting that attaches the hose. In this case, pull off the plastic collar that holds the hose to the cylinder and replace it with a stainless steel hose clamp...years of good service will follow.

Which engine(s) do you have in yours? The dealership I work at sold 2 of them new, both with twin Merc 260s...What A Ride!!!!!
