My windows in my 1994 Carver Mariner should be removed and refurbished. Repaint, new track wiskers, and plexiglass where needed. I would like the gray area around the windows imroned or awlgriped. Re install and reseal the windows. I am sure that this will be an expensive project. I have owned this boat for 17 years and it's a great boat. I can't think of any other boat I would rather have. Has anyone had any experience good or bad to share? I have been told that you should never remove windows because they can't be resealed properly. I don't plan on doing this myself and would like to find a professional. Any suggestions in SE Michigan.

Thank You

If you have the '33 Mariner, I do believe Taylor-made fabricated the windows. It might behoove you to contact them to see how much replacement windows would be-might actually be cheaper than rebuilding the existing windows. I had an '86 32' Mariner in later years badged as the 33 Mariner-loved that boat! If done right, you should have no problem with leaks.

Thanks for the reply. It is a 33 Mariner. I'll try calling Taylor Made. I am pretty sure they make windshields but I didn't know thay made the cabin windows.

Just wondering if you contacted Taylor made. Did you get any pricing complete windows or replacement parts i am ready to do the same job.
