I am narrowing my search to a 1995 Silverton 310 Express with twin 5.7L engines turning Alpha drives. The boat appears well kept in Lake Erie.
The engine room vent on the stern allows for water to drip down the vent duct into the engine area. This boat had a new rebuilt starboard engine installed last year after water got into the engine, the port engine has approx 350 hours on it. The boat is stock and has few frills other than what it came with. The vinyl and canvass is stock, although in good condition. I like the quality of the boat. Access to the engines is reasonable. The out drives have very mild corrosion. The AC and all systems works.
Can anyone tell be anything about this model, I believe them made this model from 94 – 00. Is there anything I need to pay more attention to? The owners are asking $48K.
Thanks,
Jim
