1996 evinrude ocean pro 2 stroke 200 hp the marina installed new starter today then went to start and it wouldnt,one wire to the plug no spark the other intermitant..just curious is this a sign of future problems or what? what could it be? dont think its the wires they will be checking it out again monday but I wanted to ask some advice on outboards
