350 Mariner generator battery recharging

When running the generator, a charging circuit on the generator recharges the dedicated generator battery. I also always have the Charles battery charger on when running the generator to charge all the batteries.

Would having the battery charger on at the same time the generator charging circuit is charging the battery cause any problems? I have three toggle switches that allow me to charge any or all of my three batteries.
 
The charles charger will step its output down if the battery doesn't need to be charged, so you should be ok.
