Sounds like the gov is gonna turn incompetent state boards and commissions into groups that won't even be able to stick themselves in the a$$ with a corn cob.

It'll probably stop any corruption cuz the special interests and crooks won't know who to bribe. This is gonna be funny.
 
Let's hope that the boating public support RBOC and is able to once again stop this theft of boating funds!!!
