Considering a move east again next year.
Either Riverhead (treasure cove) or Greenport (Brewers)
Although my slip costs have remained the same for like last 8 years, but I am a Dockominium.
Love my marina but not my boating playground.
So may sublet and move east.

I'm not looking, Im at Sterling in Greenport and will be staying for as long as I'm in NY. That being said they just changed the slip costing methodology to be 'fare' to all and the outcome has bumped up my cost around 10%. Just wanting to see if this is happening elsewhere on the island
If your looking to move out east i suggest you try to mail something down sooner than later
