How long are the fingers at the Ayala Cove's dock? I went in yesterday with a 42 footer bow in and I could not get out of the boat. I should have gone stern in.
The slip length varies. The Angel Island website (www.angelisland.org) in its FAQ section says they are up to 50'. Some lengths are posted on the pilings.
I believe the 50 foot docks only have around a 40 foot pier. There is one on the end of the docks that you can end tie to which is around 80 feet. There aren't many slips there that can accomodate a 50 foot vessel with a 15 foot beam.
