It's not easy getting onto "B" dock, west. You have to undergo a rigorous exam and interview process, presided over by the Governor. Then, you have to hope for a slip to open up.

Most importantly, you have to have travelled to Block Island in a bow rider, with no prior expreience on the open seas.
 
Bob's almost there, I still have to do the block trip. Is a John boat acceptable for that trip?
 
I just watched Bob's video and all I can say is I am ROFLMAO! Nice job Bob! That's what my daugter does when I change her diaper.
