So... Resort world was hoping to make enough money running gambling trips offshore to cover the costs of that fast ferry to Bimini...

But they forgot about that to sail from Miami back to Miami without stopping in a foreign port, the crew must be US citizens or residents...

I wonder if RW will be able to bribe their way out of this on like they did in Bimini.

Hopefully this will put an end to the beach and reef destruction their cruise ship pier project would have caused.
