This strand also comes from the Glasply posting. The boat I'm looking at also has blisters. I understand that blisters do not compromise the integrity of the hull. Of couse I would rather not have blisters on my boat, but I can't afford a new 28', so think I can live with blisters if I like the boat. Anyway, is there any guarantee a new boat is not going to blister?
