Just joined the board, lots of good info.

Our 2001 350 Mariner is taking in rain water in the starboard aft corner of the salon. It's dripping from the speaker, and wicking into the cabin above the corner of the couch near the door that accesses the battery switch.

Anybody deal with this? I'm suspecting the joint between the radar arch and the boat, or the joint in the awning above the sliding glass door. I plan to get lots of white caulk and do some "tuckpointing? Any advice is welcome.

I know my '93 is a different style and look, but I had the same issue. First I found I needed to recaulk around the starboard rear window frame. On the port side, I had a bow rail stanchion that needed to be re-bedded.
Hope that helps.

no problems with mine like that so i don't have any pointers. sorry.

You might be getting water from the starboard top engine room vent on the backside near the bulkhead - I know that when I wash that side and I spray it directly and maybe a tad up that we get a little water in that area.

Turns out the hatch on the fly bridge had a leak. We removed the hatch, replaced the sealant, looks like we're in good shape. Thanks for the advice!
