That's really not that tough to do with twins though. And I have the Boat Rodeo trophy from the Sea Ray Club to prove it! I also used to teach new boat owners on the operation of their new toy as a side job. :D

No thrusters needed.

I could walk my various boats sideways in to a dock without a problem. That being said, all but one of the four twin engine boats that I have had were/are twin direct drives (the other was a v-drive). Actually, the bigger the boat, the easier it is. Assuming of course, that as the boats get bigger, there is more space in between the engines. That's the key.

Bow thrusters are the most over-sold option to new boaters that there is.
