That's a nice looking DCFB. Maintaining a CC of that vintage and size is not an easy job. Even if the boat is kept properly in a covered slip all of that exterior varnish will require recoats every two years at least. Looking at the photos, it should have been varnished again last summer. As far as photos can tell the exterior condition is very well preserved.
