I've noticed, what I think is a New York State motor vehicle sticker on the bow of Canadian licensed boats. I'm assuming these boats frequent NYS waters. What are the requirements to get one of these stickers? Does the boat have to be inspected? Where would I go to find out more info? Any help you can offer is appreciated.
