Carpet in 2000 Regal 1800 LSR

Hello everyone, I have a 2000 Regal 1800 LSR with the factory carpet (it's not the snap in kind, it's glued down).

I'd like to remove the carpet, but I'm afraid to see what's underneath. Will the bottom of my boat just be white fiberglass like the rest of it, or if I remove the carpet will it be nasty underneath?

Yeah, it'll look rather unsightly underneath. I had to re-glue portions of mine and I wouldn't recommend removal unless you're going to re-broadloom.
