Less than a month to go!

Who is making plans? I know that the past couple of years have not been all that great but I have been noticing a lot more boating activity so dar this year and weather permitting we might end up with a must better event this year.

It is party time!!

Not going to make it this year. Columbus Day is just too early this time (Oct 6-8). It's too bad that event isn't about a month later.
We plan to bring our boat down late October, tentatively thinkng of arriving Thurday, Oct 25th at it's "winter marina". We'll be there until about Nov 3 that trip.

Boat is in the boat yard getting the bottom done now. Plan is moving right along to get her home and fueled up ready to go.

So who is going?

We re booked thru Sunday although not really for CDR (i don't want to take CDR charters, too many things that could go wrong liability wise...)

Those CDR shots always amaze me. We used to anchor out there a lot to/from the Keys, and it was a favorite spot to take guests for a few days visiting us when we were tied up in Hollywood/FTL. I don't think we ever had more than ten other boats.

Up at the north end. Very nice weather this year for a change.

Elliott key is usually a nice quiet place, it's actually one the best anchorages in the Florida keys, even tough it s marginally in the keys.

Yes you where right about the dutch flag, that was me. I went out on Saturday morning and did not get back to the marina till around 6pm on Monday. It was a small event but still good fun and staying out there Monday was very nice after the mayhem.
Did see you come through but than lost sight of you Pascal so I was under the impression you went home.
