Coming For a visit

I expect to leave Iowa this Friday and drive to Benicia, arriving Monday. Last time out my son made an attempt to get us on the water but his friend with a boat was busy. I would like to spend a day on the water while there.

Is there a place close by that rents boats?

The boat he usually uses to get out on the water is the "Golden Bear", for some reason the State of Calif. won't let us take it out for a day cruise. Although that probably would not work anyway as he just came back from 2 months at sea and the Bear was headed for Dry Dock.

Sugar Barge RV Resorton Bethel Island has recently added some very nice pontoon boat rentals.

Thanks, TC. I was only aware of the fishing boat rentals. They also rent RVs to stay in their very nice campgrounds!

On a trip to the restaurant, I noticed H20 to go is located at Spindrift Marina now: http://www.h2orents.com/ I rented from them 5-6 years ago at a different location and had a good experience.
