I have been following the thread on the Raritan Alantis head and Vic, you have provided some great information.
For various reasons--Admiral wants electric flush and want larger seat--I have decided to upgrade my Jabsco manual head to a Raritan electric head, and had pretty much decided on the Sea Era model w/internal raw water pump.
After reading some of the info on the Atlantis model, I'd like to see a comparison between the two models (other than the physical appearance) before I order something from BoatFix. If anyone, especially Vic, would care to comment, that would help me in my final selection. This is going into my 2003 Bayliner 305 and other than taking up a bit of standing space by the sink or for the shower, it should still fit in my available space (head door opens outward, thankfully).
One last thing for Vic, I'm fairly certain I'll need to rotate the Sea Era 90 deg. to have it fit the same foot print (or close to it) as my current Jabsco. Do I order with the part number that indicates 90 deg. or just order a regular model and rotate it per the instructions?
