11.54 acre Island with existing house and a 173 foot ship. There are actually two islands here. The primary island has about 8 usable acres and the second is about 1/2 acre in size and is located on the south east corner (top left of picture). There is a house on the island beside the cluster of trees. It is delapidated [sic] from neglect but can be rebuilt and comes with a generator. The island also has metered power from PG&E, sewer and water through a mutual agreement with the [Holland Riverside] Marina. And The ship is perhaps the best part. Although long since stripped of its engines and control equipment the ship is none-the-less a marvelous home on the water. It too has fallen into disrepair but with all the natural cedar and teak on board the ship could be stunning with some work. The ship was a mine sweeper during the Vietnam War (MSO 510 - USS Advance "The Flying A") and as such is made of non-magnetic wood and metals such as copper, brass, aluminum, manel, etc............
