Did anyone have trouble signing up?

Hi everyone... your absentee Moderator here - sorry I have been away so much, I do try and peep in now and then to see how things are going.

I got an email tonight from someone in Canada who had trouble signing up for BoaterEd and accessing this Forum. He is apparently a Carver owner. Is it possible the system has some quirks because of the holidays? Just checking so I can give him a decent response.
