Dogs in the Turks and Caicos

Have gone to Bahamas many times on the boat with a big dog. Now want to travel down into the Turks, but can't get any information on bringing dog ashore there. Met some sailboaters who said, no dogs in the Turks. Others have said, Marina may allow on shore if kept on property there, while at their docks.Would appreciate any help. Need to stop i the Turks for fuel before heading to Dominican Republic.
