Hello: We took the family to Newport on Saturday night just to be on the water. This is way to soon to be getting the winter blues, wow. Saw three very large barges 1/2 mile North of the Newport bridge. Were they dredging?? I have not heard the conclusion of that long debate on whether they were going to "save the bay" and dredge.
Dredging Narragansett bay or just barges??
