"EBMUD especially needs to hear from those of you who use the Middle Bar reach of the river and lower Electra Run, whether for recreation or traditional cultural practices. They need to hear from people who use the Middle Bar Bridge for any reason, and from those whose lives would be put at risk in fire emergencies if the bridge is removed. And they need to hear from Bay Area residents who support using local water alternatives instead of destroying a precious foothill resource.
