Fishing SW La. 11/10/2011

Fished this morning in 55 deg. air temps., 65 deg. water temps and 15 to 20 mph winds.
It was tough finding calm water, but when we did, we found fish.
2 fishermen caught 2 Redfish, 1 Hybrid Striper and 30 Speckled Trout.

I'll get the brine going for those specs...probably my favorite smoked fish.

Never smoked them. Only deep fried, pan fried, grilled, baked, broiled and my favorite, roll in cracker crumbs and pan fry in real butter.

They are so plentiful right now, it is UNREEL.
