Drove down from Orlando down U.S. 1 looking for waterfront property. Just about anything on a canal is around a million. Even empty lots are way up there too if you can find one. The most affordable home I found was in Vero Beach right off of U.S. 1. The home was a 4/2/2. Had some water damage in one of the bedrooms and all original. No dock. Probably have to spend another 200k to bring it to standards. Only $850K. An empty lot on same dev. directly on ICW was asking 1.2 mil.
