Fuel Problem??

After cruising along for about 10 minutes my engine started hesitating, sounded like it was not getting fuel. I bring her back down to idle wait 30 sec then up on plane again no problem 6 minutes later same thing. I changed water/fuel seperator still happens. I poured the gas in a glass looked foggy for a while but then cleared up and did not notice any seperation. She idles fine, gets up on plane fine. It just seems after 6-10 minutes it will happen. Does not stall, I had the mate check my primer bulb when it happened and she said it did not feel full. HELP
