Glen Cove was approved to make the tenative map to become condos. They said it will take 3-5 years before selling them. After looking at this I think if you are a long-term boat owner and younger this is a good deal.
They said other marina will have to look at this option due to the high cost of running a private marina. The city owned marinas near by charge more to berth and get taxpayer money to fund projects.
Things are changing... what marina is next?
