Good launch ramps in upper and far upper Ches Bay?

In case you don't see us on the boat, we'll probably be on the outer patio. Look for these two goofballs. Well, at least one goofball and one normal person.

I guess there's also some chance we won't make it to the basin / Ches. Inn for lunch, but we do plan to.
