Good weather, finally!!!!

Fueled up yesterday, OUCH!!! Took a spin over to Croton and rafted with rommer for a beer. Nice ride back, but loads of wood in the river.

Today, just sat on the boat relaxing.

Ouch wasnt the word for it Mike, I was waiting to be offered a citgerette afterwards!

We had a nice trip up north though, lots and lots of roundout fire wood and I think we found enough car parts to get a preety good start on building one from scratch.

Couldnt ask for nicer weather, unless of course you want to talk about today.....

Yes it was a good day and the LCD I sit in front of is preparing me for the Dominican Republic. Still no power to use the sander but I could launch without the bottom paint touch up. Deb might have a problem with that and want to crawl under Freedom with a brush but I could pass.

Believe it or not we actually had power at the Anchorage this past weekend. Somehow those damn outlets work underwater. Go figure. Its probably why yours don't work...

I'll be waxing the boat tomorrow, still not sure if I'm going to be ready to go in on Sat...

Dont do it Dan, Get Deb up under there and get the painting done. Once you let it slip once its very hard to get back on the right track. And then to you really shouldnt let the paint slip by either!

Hey Pete, those outlets should not be working. Make sure you have GFCI in the circuit...preferably at the panel.

Dan, listen to Butch, he has my respect when it comes to keeping his bottom in check.

Chris when we were at the marina last night I could have sworn I heard this sizzling sound. The last time if flooded I found Pete's name board. Something tells me that it's going to be chared this time.

Checking bottoms. Now there's a rewarding activity. Speaking of bottoms no power until tonite maybe.

Bottom paint is done, canvas comes back from repair tomorrow and waiting on my Boatfix order. (and some other parts). Wash, wax and tune up this coming weekend. A few more odds and ends. Getting closer!

Hey, Chris, you mean you want us to actually have LEGAL electrical systems up there???

Power worked like a charm this past weekend - I was able to buff out the whole boat. Of course, Indian Point shorted out again - could we be the cause???

Nope it was us Pete. I think what happened to our power was the trailer towers have gfi outlets in them and they all got soaked in the flood.
