Ran over to Annapolis Saturday afternoon. Like a skating rink going over. Got a mooring ball in the Annpolis Harbor and had a front seat view of 100' Hooters Partol IV and watched the party!

A little windy on Sunday, got kicked off of the ball early beacuse of the boat show setup activities getting underway, went up the Severn, dropped anchor in Chase Creek, barbacue'd and we had a very quite and relaxing afternoon.

Set back for the Narrows late afternoon and arrived at dusk. Great weather, lots of rag boats out but nary a stink pot.

Should be able to get in another 7-8 weekends if weather holds out like previous couple of years!

We were all ready for Fri and Sat night at St Michael's. Family friends child is sick, so we had to help them.

Indian Summer!

10/9/09 - Two weekends "lost" to other commitments, but back on the boat as I write this. We're about 45 minutes from our slip this weekend (we're in downtown B'more), with plans for Kent Island next weekend, Worton Creek the following, and at least a couple more weekends if the weather holds. I'd like to pick up a mooring (or anchor) for a night or two in Annapolis in early November if the weather cooperates.

Kurt,

To bad you missed another great weekend for boating, well at least Sunday was perfect. We were up the Wye River anchored in a cover, neary a breeze. We hope weather holds out thru Thanksgiving and then winterize 1st week in Dec...Geese are already heading south, not a good sign.....
