Great weekend to be boating

Looks like its going to be a good weekend to be on the boat. Temps close to 70 deg.
I wont be able to go out, made prior commenments to baby sit grandkids on Sat. night. Oh well maybe next weekend for me.
For all that have the chance to go out, have fun and tell us about it on your return.
For me this weekend will be installing inverter/Charger and LED lights in the cabin and if time allows fabracating and installing mount for Flat panel TV.
 
OK, I guess since I didnt get a response from this post, that no one got out last weekend!!!!
It looks like you have another chance this weekend. Highs close to 70 deg. better do it now, next week looks like rain.
I will be leaving out in about 1 1/2 hours and spend the weekend with the SIL and two grandsons fishing. Fishing reports dont sound to good, but hey I'll be on the water.
 
Yes it was a great boating weekend...I actually got out for a bit of a cruise myself....

Yeah, I have been hearing it from my buddies out there. Got a weather break here in NC this weekend so we're anchored out in beautiful Cape Lookout Bight, a National Seashore only reachable by boat. We've been able to do this about every other week. Otherwise, California dreamin' this winter, though we had a great time out there Christmas week. Hope to get back out for some sailing in LA in a few weeks.

Don't take it for granted you guys, enjoy your boats!
 
Guys, those photos look way to cooooooold.
Got on the water at 10am yesterday. Spent the day enjoying the weather waiting for the SIL and grandkids (11&17), they showed up at 4:30 and we got to the anchorage at dark. SIL threw in a line and caught a small catfish (released) no other fish for the night. Pulled anchor at 10am today and went to the main channel. We caught one small striper (released)and no other fished caught. Had great weather, highs in the upper 60s.
Let the rain begin, just hope it doesnt last to long.
George, yes we have been having some good weather for this time of the year. Trying to get the best out of it while its here. Supposed to start raining tomorrow and last most of the week. Hoping for some good weather after that.
