Gunkholing in the area

I am considering a bareboat charter out of the Sarasota area in the next month and I'm looking for suggestions on protected, beautiful anchorages within a three to five hour cruise from the Sarasota area at trawler speed. Serenity and beauty is what I'm seeking as opposed to nearby services.
