GYB Georgetown Yacht Basin New Sheds?

It's been a long time since I've been past GYB and was wondering if the new sheds/floating slips have been or will be built? I don't see the special renderings on the GYB site anymore but the rates for the new sheds are sill there.
 
We went to the Granary a couple of times over the winter and saw them working on the sheds. Haven't been there since New Years Eve so I can't say if they finished.
 
Thanks, Spent the summers there as a kid on I dock back in the late 70's early 80's when John was the Dockmaster and still was part of Sassafrass Boat Co. Good memories and would be great to be back with re-invented docks...
 
Update: I went passed there yesterday and it looks like there hasn't been any work done in months. The sheds are incomplete and there is no decking on the docks.
 
Georgetown has been repairing the bulkhead around the marina. They still have to tear down sheds before they can rebuild. They have been talking new sheds for years but still haven't started any new construction.
 
My neighbor works at GYB and he said they are spending 7 million dollars on the bulkhead and shed replacement. I drive by all the time and the work is slow and tedious.
