I filled out the form on the interenet to secure two nights at the marina the 13 and 14 of August. Did not hear anything back so I called and was told that they never got my reservation.The only thing they had left was at a differant location and we would have to dink to everything. Is it worth stopping and staying? Thanks Steve

It depends on what you want to do. You could try Stony Point Bay Marina

Haverstraw Marina has three separate docking areas. The South is by far the biggest area but may, in fact, not have any slips available for a 42' boat. There is a West and North section where slip(s) may be available, but you would have to dink back (or walk) to the South main dock area to get to the office, the store, the restaurant, and the pool. One thing Haverstraw can guarantee is deep water slips where you can come and go at your leisure, not at the mercy of the tide.
