HELP WITH FADED GELCOAT/FIBERGLASS DASHBOARD

I own a 2002 Bayliner Ciera Sunbridge 2655. There is a beige colored dash area above the helm that runs under the windshield to the windshield base. It is gelcoat/fiberglass that has some non-skid surface material in the walk-thru windshield path, but otherwise is textured, but not non-skid. The boat sits in a wet slip in SoCal and the sun has faded the color. I have received a couple of suggestions to revive the color, however am very interested if others have some good ideas and/or practical experiences. Thank you.
