HI; I order a holding tanks and have discovered that it is to big laying flat as it is plumbed for. I would like to stand it on its end and re plumb the inlets differently.Do you know of anything wrong with this idea? I don't want to e=bay the tank as I would lose a lot.I have ordered a kit to change the.inlets and outlets, Thanks ,Bill

No problem at all. When I ordered my holding tank, they asked where I wanted the fittings. I do not know what size tank you have, but make sure the tank is well supported on the sides. I have a 30 gallon tank standing on the long edge, I supported both sides, otherwise it was pushing the sides out. The manufacturer said to support all four sides.

Good luck.

As long as you have a way to get your arm inside the tank, to install the new fittings, I see no problem at all.
