Given that a black water tank is polyethylene and drain fittings (DWV) are PVC, why can't you use any properly rated (press/vac) polyethylene or PVC hose for waste transfer?
Lots of people do there are several thread on this topic if I recall Rommer had a rather long thread on this topic. The lack of flexibility is the biggest issue in my bock but can be overcome easily.
