Given that a black water tank is polyethylene and drain fittings (DWV) are PVC, why can't you use any properly rated (press/vac) polyethylene or PVC hose for waste transfer?

I replaced as much of my flexible hose with PVC pipe, it will never need to be replaced again.

yes you can use PVC sewer rated pipe. Flexible hose must also be rated for sewer use. Most hose is not sewer rated. It is not the pressure or vacuum you need be concerned about but the odoe permeability.
