Hyatt 45

A close friend is looking at a Hyatt 45 M/Y. I've heard the name before, don't know anything about them and there's not many Hyatts listed on Yachtworld.
Al, what has been your experience with them?
It has a pair of Cat 3208's. Seems to me, that engine is one of the better Cats out there.
