I made a BIG boo-boo!!!

I would think the point is to keep the glass from being saturated so that over the winter it doesn't freeze and pop things loose. Just my opinion. Anyway erring on the side of caution would indicate pulling the boat if you felt some rough edges.
 
Thanks for the catfish pics. It looks like a channel catfish, very tasty if caught in cleaner waters.

Pete, I also vote to yank the boat and let the damaged area completely dry out before freezing weather comes along. Small boo boo could be MUCH bigger then.
 
Thanks for the advice, guys. I'm going to pull it the next time I get up there...

BTW any advice on how long I should let the hull dry out before I have someone repair it???
