I had to laugh yesterday. I was calling around to check on diesel prices because I needed 350-400 gallons. The prices I found were :
Clipper Yacht Harbor, Sausalito $2.99
Jack London Square, Oakland $2.99
Coyote Point $2.99
SF Commercial fuel Dock $2.48
Village West, Stockton $2.64
and finally I called Pittsburg. The gal was proud to tell me that they were selling diesel for $2.69 and asked wasn't that a great price. I mentioned that it was pretty good but SF Commercial was over 20 cents cheaper. All of sudden, she says: "Is this Phil?" I asked if she meant our very own Phil from Vessil Assist and she said yes. When I told her who I was, she claims that I sound just like Phil. I told her he must be mighty suave and deboner (pronouced like that) she laughed and said of course he is. So you'se guys watch out you'll never know who you're talking to on the radio, me or Cap'n Phil!
