Ice maker question

Only from having removed my icemaker from my home fridge several times over the years, I would imagine the whole module would be easily removed by unscrewing the 2 screws that go through the screw holes at the top edged of part # 19 into the left wall, and probably 2 more similar screws under that module , then disconnect the water hose and wire connections.(In my fridge freezer the wire connectors may be behind an inside rear panel.)
Turn off power switch and any pressurized water supply 1st of course, though the water hose at the module should only have pressurized water when the solenoid valve is energized. .

I know u use a lot of ice but i find it easier to use mine as a freezer and spend 2 bucks for the occasional bag. No winterization and better tasting.

There are two or three more screws on the bottom to hold the cooling plate to the icemaker. and when removed you have to be very carefully because that cooling pad expands. Normally the Freon has to be removed to do that operation.
