Very strange cruising past the plant w/ no 'outer markers'.

I noticed that yesterday on our way to River Outpost

While it is probably still hot it has been shut down. Perhaps that is why the markers are not there?

It looks like the decommissioning is moving right along.

I thought so as well. All it did was add to green house gases, pollution etc..
