Inside Rack Storage

I keep my 25' boat on an inside rack all year (Southern NJ). Glenn's post made me think about the possibility of not winterizing and keeping the boat in Fla over the winter. I could probably fly down 3-4 weekends over the winter...not sure if it would be worth it.

What inside rack options are there near clearwater? (Phillies spring training in February!!!)

How is boating in the clearwater area?

What would I pay for summer storage? Thanks in advance for your help.

Clearwater is great boating. We also liked Cape Coral the winter we kept ours there-hard to find better waters in FL than around Captiva etc...
