Jabisco Manual Tiolet VERY hard to pump

Buy the rebuild kit and replace every part that it comes with. I do this every other season with my Jabsco and it works like new. Should take you about an hour or two the first time doing it.
 
new head installed, all is well.

The old one was 10 years old, plus this one was on sale for $120

Nothing like all new parts.

I took apart the old one, the joker valve seems a little hard, the gasket near the handle was deterioted as well.

I could have rebuilt the unit, but I figured I spent enough time getting "crap" all over me.
