My manuel jabsco toilet is not pumping water in to the bowl. If I fill bowl with shower head it pumps it out just fine.

Can you give me any ideas on what part in the toilet is causing this, I do have a few extra parts that I could use I hope..

Thanks for your time and help

Check the double flapper valve at the top of it. There may be a bit of grass, etc., that was drawn in along with the incoming rinse water, that's stopping the flapper valve from sealing tightly as it pumps.

Had a similar problem a few years ago although my Jabsco is electric. It would flush out fine but wouldn't draw any water up. I took the water intake line off, blew compressed air thru it and pushed the obstruction out. The obstruction here was a baby cat fish that got sucked up. He must have been swimming past my water intake when I hit the button. He was a bit dazed, so I put him in a glass of fresh water for awhile. He perked up pretty fast and swam away when I dumped him back in the river . Who says "silvertons don't catch fish"?

Is this an issue that was encountered with spring commissioning? When my boat is launched, it takes running the boat at some speed to force water into the system and "prime" the intake lines. Same thing happens when cruising when someone leaves the pump handle in the up position. The lines appearently bleed empty under that condition.

I've got the same problem with a Wilcox-Crittenden manual toilet. I bought the boat last season and the head never pulled water in, but pumped out fine when I add water. I had a mechanic look at it and was told the pump parts need to be replaced. Haven't torn it apart yet, but I'll let you know. I'd be interested to hear how you make out with this.
