Jabsco rebuilding help

I have 4 Jabsco water pumps and I have rebuilt two of them but one isn't pumping very well and I was wondering If I might have installed the diaphrams in the wrong direction.
Does someone have rebuild instructions with Pics?

FIANLLY!! After having this thing back together since last season I finally got it flushing properly. Come to find out, one of these pumps was sucking and the other was blowing. So I went down there in the Beldge and re-configured the hoses and now it flushes like a new one.... Gotta Love it.....I'm so excited to finally have the toilet working properly again....
