anybody install led lights in there cockpit how do they look and what color. thanks

I just bought them I haven't installed them yet. The ones I got are dimming and three color white blue or red all done by toggling the power switch. If I have time I may install them this weekend. I bought them at the boat show at the Javits center.

I just installed them today they look great and were very easy to install! I bought them from a company out your way The lights are called Halo I got the White, Dimmable W/B,R model I also got a Retrofit bracket for Lumitec Flush Mount Down Lights. The brackets made it very easy to install!

I converted the entire boat to LED fixtures a couple of years ago. I changed the navigation lights 1st then all the interior and accent lighting. With over 40 fixtures my current draw went from 20 plus amps to 3.5 amps (every light on). Colors are blue for the salon, blue and or white for the cockpit, white and or red for the helm and gooseneck reading lights.
I find the lighting to be brighter especially the navigation lights. The blue accent lighting is very nice looking. The red lighting is used up at the helm when running at night.

I plan to order about 20 G4 LEDs for the cabin I will go with all white, then I will start working on the cockpit lighting I'm just going to change bulbs at least for now.
