Hi All: Looking for a local, inexpensive place to winter store my boat where my mechanic can do all my winterizing without fear of repercussions and I don't have to pay a marinas' high prices. Live in Bayshore and boat is in the water in Lindenhurst. Good friend of mine, won't mention any names, has someone in his area with slip behind his house that I will be talking to but I am in between a rock and a hard place at this time and am still looking.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OJ.......
I gave your cell # to my neighbor.....you guys can talk.

Do you want to keep it in the water or on land? If you want to keep it in the water you can use my slip, only catch is you will need to get an ice eater.

Walter

Don: Thanks a lot.

Walter: Definitely would like to keep it in the water this year. Ice eater is no problem but thought anchorage shut electric and water off over the winter? My boat is 44' L.O.A. with a 14' beam. Will it fit in your slip? Can my mechanic do the winterizing of the boat while it is in the slip?

OJ

P.S. Walter you have a PM from me.
